Hello there!

I’m Carlijn Coenders, and I’m thrilled to share my passion for psychology and social work with you. As a budding psychologist, I’m on the verge of completing my bachelor’s degree, and I’m eager to dive into an internship experience that will let me explore these fields further.

Currently working as a tutor for teenagers, I get the chance to make a positive impact on their learning journey. Additionally, my role as a receptionist at a nursing home for the elderly has taught me the importance of empathy and communication, even in challenging situations. My heart, however, gravitates towards working with children, an area where I feel I can truly make a difference.

My academic journey has been focused on Forensic Psychology, and I also had the privilege of delving into developmental psychology through a minor. The prospect of gaining practical experience between my bachelor’s and master’s degrees, which I plan to start in September 2024, is incredibly exciting.
