I’m Eva Schiere, a 19-year-old student studying Human Resource Management at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. I’m looking for an exiting internship opportunity from February to July 2024 in Spain.

My university has some criteria, including a preference for companies with at least 35 permanent employees and a focus on HR departments rather than recruitment agencies. Personally, I’m drawn to companies with an informal culture, an English-speaking environment, and a youthful atmosphere.

My background includes a range of experiences, from customer care to talent acquisition, which have fine-tuned my communication skills and ignited my passion for HRM. I’m eager to apply these skills and learn even more while contributing to your organization’s growth.

In terms of mentorship, I’m seeking someone with a solid HR background to guide me – a requirement from my university. I value this support in my learning journey.

I’m a dedicated HRM student ready to dive into an internship adventure. I am starting my third year with the minor “Legal Challenges in a Digital Society.” I hope to gain knowledge during this time that I can apply during my internship. Compensation for the internship would be appreciated, I’m more focused on gaining valuable experiences and bringing fresh perspectives to your team.
