Job Description

This internship is for a Volunteer English Teacher in Mexico in 2023. The organization was founded in 2003 and works with the local community to provide English language learning opportunities to children (4+), teens, and adults. The intern will work alongside native English-speaking teachers to provide quality English conversation classes to help students prepare for a global future. The organization is opening two new centers in Campeche and Pachuca.

This opportunity is perfect for newly certified teachers who want to begin their international journey in beautiful central Mexico. The internship consists of 4-month contracts, from May-August, August-December, and January-April. Interns will be required to teach 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. A monthly stipend, housing (with a host family or in a teachers’ house with all utilities paid), an introductory Spanish workshop (3 hours per week), cultural activities, and a fun and supportive work environment are also provided.
