Responsibilities

As an intern, you will work closely with experienced real estate professionals, delving into various facets of the business:

• Client Interaction: Engage directly with both sellers and buyers, understanding and catering to their unique needs and preferences
• Restoration Projects: Collaborate on restoration projects, offering your input on design choices such as bathroom tiling
• Administrative Tasks: Assist in organizing daily activities and handling a range of administrative responsibilities
• Problem-Solving: Take initiative in addressing and resolving issues that arise, both over the phone and in-person

Skills/Requirements

To succeed in this role, you would ideally possess:

• Spanish Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish, with a proficiency level of C1 or similar
• English Proficiency: Strong English language skills are essential
• Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing would be an added advantage
• Excel Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel would be beneficial
• Driver’s License: While not mandatory, having a driver’s license would facilitate your role
