1. Services provided

Our platform offers a matchmaking service between students and potential internship providers. We act as a mediator and do not guarantee the availability or suitability of any internship opportunities or the competence of the internship providers. We also do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by the internship providers. It is the student’s responsibility to assess and judge the suitability of the internship for their field of study.

2. User content

You agree that any information or material that you provide to us or post on our platform, including your profile, resume, and other content, will be accurate and complete. You also agree that any such information or material will not:

Infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
Be false, deceptive, or misleading.
Be defamatory, libelous, obscene, or offensive.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We also do not warrant that any internship opportunities will meet your expectations or requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our platform or any internship opportunities offered through our platform. It is the student’s responsibility to judge and accept if the internship is right for them and their field of study.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or any violation of these terms and conditions.

6. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our Internship Matching service or any part of it, with or without notice, at any time. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or termination of our service.

7. Payment

If a matching service is chosen, the student cannot claim their money back before the time period is over. If the student finds an internship themselves while using our matching service, we keep the advance fee.

8. Entire agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and our company regarding the use of our Internship Matching platform.
